Seabass Plate

Ingredients

  • Sea Bass fillet
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 3-4 branch of asparagus
  • Coriander
  • Lime juice
  • Salt, black pepper
  • “Juicy Olive Squeezed” Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation

  • Marinate Sea Bass fish fillet with Juicy Olive Squeezed Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  • Grill the Sea Bass fish fillet on a hot grill pan for about 5 to 7 minutes, remove the fish filet and place it on a flat plate.
  • In frying pan drizzle Juicy Olive Squeezed” Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fry the asparagus and cherry tomatoes for about 2 to 3 minutes
  • Add the asparagus, cherry tomatoes and the coriander on the flat plate.
  • Drizzle lime juice and Juicy Olive Squeezed” Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the fish for fresh organic flavor of our Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  • Season with salt and black pepper
